Mike just got back from his incredible journey down the Danube River on the Celiac Cruise in Europe. Mike has so much to share, so you will be getting a couple of "super sized" episodes. In Part 1, Mike describes some of his favorite dishes of the trip, which is difficult as there were so many! Mike and Cam also listen back to a series of audio recordings that Mike sent to Cam while he was on his vacation along with extra commentary.
