Mike and Cam are joined by Tricia Timney, founder of SLNG Consulting (Spread Love Not Gluten). Tricia shares her dramatic story of getting diagnosed with celiac disease, and how her desire to eat out safely in her area led her to come up with a new business. Tricia's is now working to help businesses ensure that they are following the best protocols and practices in providing safe gluten free food to diners. Tricia also tells us some of her personal tips to staying safe when eating out.
