They are currently collaborating on an exciting study, the GLUTECH Trial, which explores how gluten detection technology may improve the treatment of people who are newly diagnosed with celiac disease. In this informative conversation, we also discuss the state of celiac research and the need for more studies dealing in the social and emotional wellness of celiac patients.
