While there he was able to reconnect with some old friends and sample some of the best gluten free beer, pizza, tacos and churros ever! Marne Platt, author of Easy, Tasy, Gluten Free, joins Mike and Cam all the way from Switzerland! Following many health struggles, Marne was inspired to write her book after going gluten free, when she became obsessed with perfecting gluten free treats for her and her friends. The recipes became such a hit that she decided to write a cookbook that will get even the most novice bakers on the right path to cooking success!
