He has published several bestselling books and continues to be a Celiac advocate. We talk to Josh about how he got started with the awards and Buyers Guide and some of the challenges that they have faced to make sure that they bring our community the best information possible.

Excellent podcast! You guys ask some great questions and offer even better answers. Really interested in the DNA testing angle and had never thought of doing that. Thanks for having Josh as a guest. Definitely revisiting you guys.

I am not a doctor; bla bla bla -- Ask your doctor -- He is clueless. GREAT DISCLAIMER. Suggestion: Everyone write your retail and complain of the lack of gluten free items in their store. Write the manufactures of food and ask for more GF products. When they get a lot of request they may see a new market. Also, read the ingredient label, it changes and some manufactures fail to list wheat in the Allergic section. We are being ripped off with outrageously over priced GF products and stuff a dog will not eat.
