Mike and Cam are extremely pleased to be joined by celiac and gluten free trailblazer Jules Shepard. Jules is an associate editor of Gluten Free & More magazine. We also discuss Jules' longtime work as a celiac advocate and how a giant gluten free cake ultimately lead to initial gluten free labeling rules and enforcement by the FDA.

Jules is author of several special-diet books, including Free for All Cooking (Da Capo Press), available at GlutenFreeAndMore.com. Jules is also the creator of gfJules Gluten Free Flour and Baking Mixes which can be found at gfJules.com.
